Takeover of the holistic responsibility for processes and functionalities (Process Owner) of the HR Support module and knowledge management in the global HCM cloud Support and support of user requests for the HCM software modules as a central contact person for our international subsidiaries Accompanying the quarterly updates of our HCM cloud through system tests and the implementation of international application training Building and maintaining international knowledge management for the HCM cloud (e.g. global wiki, FAQs, Intranet) Active cooperation in HR projects and the rollout of innovative modules

Complete training with additional qualification, ideally with focus on staff or IT Professional experience in HR processes as well as initial experience in support Ability to independent, solution-oriented work in national and international teams Impressed communication strength and results-oriented cooperation with different interfaces such as users or IT departments Very good English knowledge required
