for awards for an unlimited activity in full-time or part-time as a speaker at our office in Bonn. As a result of their activities, the colleagues ensure that the Bafin can obtain all the relevant economic goods and services as soon as possible. As employees of the ZII 6 Unit (Deputy Office), you decide on the type of award and carry out the appropriate award procedures. You will also cooperate with the other employees of the contract management unit, in particular in the case of permanent debt. You also support the areas of expertise in guarantee claims and ensure that sustainability aspects are properly taken into account in the awards.

You have reached at least one “satisfactory” in both (state) exams as a full lawyer and ideally have multi-year relevant professional experience OR You have reached at least one “satisfactory” as a full lawyer in a (state) exam (in the so-called “first examination” counts the result of the public compulsory examination) and have a relevant professional experience of at least five years You ideally have professional experience or proven knowledge in procurement law Good argumentability and negotiation skills as well as good written and oral expressiveness, i.e. the ability to convey ideas and points of view to addressees You convince colleagues and externals on the basis of your appraisal handling and your clear approach to the matter You have the digital skills to understand and classify new developments in a digital environment You are open to work in projects or project structures and ideally have experiences in workshop and moderation techniques, agile working methods or even in project management You have very good knowledge of English You fulfil the requirements of § 7 para. 1 Federal Staff Act / § 3 para. 1.1 TvöD-V, in particular, possess the nationality of a Member State of the European Union, the European Economic Area or Switzerland and are willing to enter into the fundamental democratic system of freedom For an activity in certain areas it is necessary that you agree to an extended safety review pursuant to § 9 SÜG We presume you are ready to do business trips.
