Product manager TwinCAT Agentic AI (m/f/d)

Accompanying our customers with the introduction of AI agents in engineering Coordination of product and technology development for TwinCAT Machine Learning and Agentic AI Further development of product strategy and roadmap for existing and new products taking into account market, customer and technology trends Coordination of product requirements, priorities and development volumes with the participating development departments Accompanying the entire product life cycle – from idea and requirement definition, specification and development to market launch and continuous development Analysis of market requirements, customer feedback and technological developments for deriving product and innovation potentials technical support for sales, application, marketing and support in product positioning as well as demanding customer and project requirements Development of technical concepts, product documentation and content for training, presentations and market communication Cooperation with international customers, partners and standardisation bodies

completed studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, automation technology, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification ideally multi-year professional experience in product management, in a technical application or Sales function or consulting with direct customer contact practical experience with LLM-based tools and coding agents, e.g. Claude Code, GitHub copilot or cursor, as well as understanding their way of working Experience with MCP-based tool integrations or the establishment of agent systems is desirable Experience in creating marketing materials for technical products is beneficial Programming skills in IEC 61131-3 first programming experience with our TwinCAT automation software is desirable Ability to make technical content understandable for different target groups and derive marketing messages from them strong customer orientation, communication strength and readiness to travel for occasional national and international operations on site very good German knowledge (C2 level) as well as good English knowledge (at least B2 level) in word and writing
