(Junior) Consultant Transaction Consulting (f/m/d)

As a (Junior) Consultant (w/m/d) Transaction Consultancy, you support our mandates in the purchase and sale of companies or parts of companies, the financial advice of carve-out processes or in the business consulting of business contracts. Find solutions for creating complex (financial) due diligence analyses with the aim of analyse, assess and draw relevant conclusions on opportunities and risks related to transactions. You analyse historical financial data and business planning and manage the optimal purchase price finding.

With your economic know-how and your analytical thinking, do you want to succeed in the transactions of our mandates? Then you can introduce yourself here: You accompany our customers and customers on business purchases and sales as well as on stock exchanges. Together with your team, you advise on acquisition and corporate financing. You work on due diligence or carve-out processes. You support the generation of financial figures for previously non-autonomous business parts within the framework of Carve Out processes. You advise the purchase price determination from an economic perspective and ensure an optimal picture in the business purchase agreement.

(Junior) Consultant (w/m/d) Transaction consulting will help you with a completed study of all disciplines and an interest in economic relationships. Ideally, you have set one or more of the following priorities in your studies: corporate finance, accounting, finance, taxes, accounting, controlling, investment theory, statistics or STEM. You already bring first professional experience within the framework of relevant internships, preferably in equity controlling, corporate finance, financial modeling, auditing or tax consulting. Very good knowledge of MS-Office and first experiences with Alteryx and/or VBA. You can master German in C1 level and English in B2 level. You bring travel willingness to be able to advise our customers on site.
