Senior Project/Program Manager - Strategic Efficiency (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the coordination and monitoring of all individual projects and initiatives under the Strategic Efficiency Programme Control and support of project leaders in the implementation of their projects - from target definition to successful completion Ensuring compliance with time, cost and quality objectives Identification of synergies, risks and dependencies between the projects and deriving appropriate measures Application of modern project management methods and continuous optimization of project management processes Proactive reporting to management and management, including preparation and presentation of status reports, analyses and action recommendations Promoting a solution-oriented, efficient and motivating project culture

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, economic engineering, business management or comparable qualification Multiannual well-founded experience in project management, ideally in industrial or mechanical engineering Detectable successes in managing complex, cross-sectoral or international projects Impressed Methodology Competence in Project Management High levels of enforcement, implementation strength and communication capability Analytical thinking, structured working and entrepreneurial action Very good English skills in word and writing
