You are responsible for the placement of IT professionals and executives You are helping to maintain our existing customer network and learn how to identify and target potential new corporate customers. In doing so, you will introduce our service portfolio and learn how to advise companies on their personal planning You participate in the creation of offers, accompany price negotiations and gain insights into the entire sales process - up to the conclusion of the contract Together with the Recruiting team, you help to find suitable candidates for open positions and learn how matching processes are going in detail You learn how to show applicants new career prospects and accompany them throughout the entire application process with our corporate customers You support the coordination of the entire conciliation process - from the first interview to the signing of the contract You help sustain our customer network, expand customer relationships and identify potentials for new business areas

You are currently studying in the field of Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resources Management or a comparable field or have recently completed your studies First experiences in Sales/Human Resources are beneficial You are safe in handling MS Office You convince as an open personality by a high degree of self-motivation and flexible handling of changing requirements You bring a structured and careful work with You are team-ready and communication-strong
