Construction management MEP - Data center construction (m/f/d)

As MEP Manager, you are responsible for the technical and operational management of the electrical and mechanical units during project processing. You make sure that work is carried out safely, qualityally and according to the project objectives. Through close cooperation with project teams, customers and entrepreneurs, you are a key contributor to the successful completion of our construction projects. Your tasks include: Responsibility for the control of electrical and mechanical structures and the coordination of all the subcontractors involved at the construction site. Ensuring occupational safety, health and environmental protection and promoting a living safety culture within the project teams. Control of quality, scheduling and project progress including documentation, reporting and fault management. Responsibility for cost control, resource planning, material management and the economic management of the assigned power packages. Support of customers, participation in project meetings and support of project acceptance and complete project completion.

Complete technical training, ideally with a further training to the technician or master in the field of electrical engineering, supply technology, building technology or comparable Multiannual experience in controlling MEP, TGA or installation projects, ideally in the industrial or data center environment. Good knowledge in the areas of occupational safety, job management, scheduling and project management. Technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems as well as economic thinking.
