Our IT department serves both the employees and the IT infrastructure at our branch in Bremen and on our globally operating ships. As IT Portfolio Manager, you can reliably implement several parallel initiatives by coordinating the tasks on the one hand, but also actively working on the implementation. A main task in this position will be, for example, to transfer our new ERP system from the project status to the real operation both in the establishment and on the ships, to implement outstanding modules and to give the whole the “fine grinding”. Further focus will be on topics such as Business Continuity (BCM) and Information Security: Portfolio & implementation control Building/Pflege of a Portfolio Backlog Establishing an efficient control rhythm Blocker/risk/escalation management Guaranteeing liabilities ERP: transition project into operation Control of the remainder as workstream: backlog, releases, decreases Interface between IT, key users, departments and, if necessary, Service providers Support for Ticket/Change and Release Logic KPI/Management Reporting Construction of a KPI system Creation of a dashboard/reporting Introduction of a reporting standard ISO 27001 / NIS2 / BCM Establishment and operation of an action plan and demonstration Operational Support Coordination of cross-sectional topics Scaling Ship Onboarding Development of playbooks/checklists incl. Criteria for acceptance Operationalization and continuous optimization

Multiannual experience in program/portfolio/multi-project management in medium-sized structures Extensive and cross-border IT skills Experience with ERP systems (introduction/further development/run transition), key user setups, service provider control Very good tool skills ideally in Power BI / Excel / Jira / ServiceNow o. Experience with ISO/IEC 27001, BCM, NIS2 or audit-related evidence would be advantageous Proactive, clear communication capability and high target/result orientation independent and structured work as well as an analytical and networked way of thinking High competence to identify, define, prioritize and implement action needs High organizational and coordination capability coupled with a pronounced hand-on mentality and the will to put on hand even Experience in defining KPIs and standards Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
