I actively bring the energy transition with my expertise in cable technology and contribute to secure network operation through personal use.

This makes this job interesting for me: As an experienced technician*in I have profound knowledge and experience in the construction and/or the operation of medium, high and/or high voltage cable systems. In I am at home for cable technology. I am in the entire network area of the 50Hertz on the way and bring my expertise where it is needed. Work in confined spaces (e.g. in the cable tunnel) I am used and does not pose a problem for me in. I have the opportunity to work in the network area with the challenges 50Hertz faces during the energy transition, to grow continuously.

My tasks

· Developing quality criteria, method descriptions and internal Directives to ensure the proper assembly of cable fittings and verification of the method descriptions of service providers for cable laying/cable drawing in projects, · Monitoring of cable work on construction sites of the 50Hertz, · Quality assurance of the production process, type and piece testing cables and fittings at the manufacturer, · Participation in the selection of cable laying and cable drawing technologies, · Evaluation of results from maintenance and State assessments and participation in alerts.

My skills

· Completed master or technician training in the field Electric or Energy technology or comparable, · Multiannual experience in the assembly of medium, high and high voltage cables, cable technology and cable deep construction, · Clear and constructive communication, implementation strength and organisational readiness, · Good English (B1) and German language skills (B2 with target C1 level); · Travel readiness and driving permit cars.

No need, but of advantage:

· knowledge of measuring and testing methods in cable technology, · Detection of cable assembly and cable laying different manufacturers.
