Credit Officer (m/w/d) for the Pfandbrief business

You actively participate in the construction of the cover mass with and at the management of the cover register using the specialized Pfandbrief software. You shall ensure that all supervisory and internal requirements are met before the inspection, including, inter alia, the quality assurance of the opinions and the verification of credit and collateral contracts. You are responsible for the processing of in and out of emissions. You are responsible for compliance with statutory and supervisory reporting and reporting obligations and pay attention to compliance with legal limits taking into account the risk management concept. You carry out the monitoring of credit events that require adjustment of the coverage mass. You support the trusteee in the case of trustworthy testing after PfandBG. You analyze data for identifying action and optimization requirements in the field of coverage and implement legal and supervisory requirements in work instructions and processes. You communicate with internal and external examiners as part of the regular checks.

You have a completed training in banking, ideally supplemented by a further qualification such as the banking specialist You ideally have several years (practical) experience in credit processing. You know well about the loan value determination regulation (BelWertV) and are sure to deal with Microsoft Office. Agree-BAP experiences are a plus as well as openness to new software tools. An independent, careful and structured way of working distinguishes you, and you appreciate the work in a motivated team, with a high level of readiness. You have a convincing and secure appearance both internally and externally and have pronounced social skills.
