You take over the implementation and support of various educational formats with participants from different business groups and management levels, in particular on topics of electrical engineering and related fields. You strengthen and broaden the competence of the operational actors and their attitude to occupational safety. You work in designing, developing and revising our offers. You perform tasks in projects and working groups.

Completed academic studies (Dipl-.Ing. (Univ./TH/TU), M.Sc., M.Eng.) or a comparable qualification, in particular with an electrotechnical orientation. Multiannual professional experience in education, industry and/or crafts. Knowledge and complex experience in electrical engineering. Experience in the moderation of group processes and in the discussion. Basic knowledge of learning platforms. Experiences as security skills are advantageous. Willingness to be used as a lecturer in all educational sites of the BG ETEM. Teamability and collegial co-operation, commitment and co-operation, friendly and participant-oriented appearance.
