Technical leadership of TGA employees:in accordance with current principles of teamwork Regular information and coordination with group and department management in all essential technical and commercial tasks and tasks Topics Development of offers for TGA planning services taking into account HOAI, VDI etc. Creation of cost calculations including performance directories in iTwo Own-responsible implementation of TGA planning projects within the framework of turnkey construction and engineering, taking into account the economic and technical objectives Negotiations with intra-group clients Coordination and control of the process of the planning project Creation of schedules for the TGA plants in coordination with the other planning participants (general planner, architect, structural planner) Economic optimization of TGA plant systems, including with regard to sustainability Monthly project execution and earnings control Leadership of the planning team of a project at its own location and at other locations involved in the project Activity as project manager:in TGA planning on major projects Leadership:in TGA planning for small and medium-sized projects

Complete study of supply or building technology/building climate or training as technician:in or as master:in Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position as well as relevant experience in HOAI, VOB/BGB and technical regulations Cross-working knowledge in technical building equipment Communication skills and ability to motivate employees EDV knowledge and control of relevant DV applications in construction Knowledge of English language in word and writing desirable willingness to take over temporary tasks throughout the federal territory Conceptual thinking, cost awareness, a structured, holistic way of working and the ability to work independently and team skills complete your profile
