Comprehensive planning, installation, configuration and maintenance of VoIP and Cloud TK systems, including SIP trunking, end devices and troubleshooting, to ensure optimal functionality. Careful planning and commissioning of video surveillance and security systems with focus on IP cameras and NVR/DVR to ensure highest safety standards. Structure and setup of structured IT infrastructures using copper and glass fiber, patch panels, racks and network boxes to create a stable network environment. Implementation of network rollouts on site, including the implementation of switches, access points and firewalls on both physical and logical levels. Efficient error analysis and interference with customers in indoor and outdoor use.

Extensive knowledge of IT, networking and communication technologies Confidence with telecommunication systems and knowledge about cabling techniques and infrastructure Ability to work independently and structured Complete training as an IT system electrician, specialist informatics or comparable qualification desirable Teamability and independent working Flexibility and service orientation Good knowledge of German and English Handicraft talent and practice-oriented approach Flexibility and readiness for on-site operations, including work at the head Class B licence
