Professional preparation and production of simple warm and cold foods and desserts according to food plan with further processing of food and other products under general instructions Professional storage, control of refrigerated houses Control of compliance with hygiene and safety regulations Cleaning, e.g. workplace and work equipment Setting up and dispensing food to guests Collection of special requests, allergies, etc. Participation in the preparation, design and planning of individual items for the food plan and catering concepts for special and large events as part of general instructions Participation in improvement processes in the working environment (e.g. dining room concept) Participation in quality assurance in the educational centre in relation to the assigned tasks (LQW)
