Renovation Specialist (m/f/d)

Actively accompany risk-affected credit commitments: You identify risk-affected credit commitments at an early stage, analyse economic developments and accompany refurbishment cases independently – from risk early detection to stabilising engagement. Take into account regulatory requirements as well as the quality and risk strategy of the bank. Professionally control refurbishment processes: You supervise and monitor refurbishment commitments of different complexity and accompany the implementation of appropriate measures for risk mitigation and receivability. To do this, you will conduct negotiations with borrowers, consultants and other stakeholders and will cooperate with viable solutions. Prepare analyses and decisions in a sound manner: you analyze credit documents, refurbishment reports and economic key figures critically and prepare credit decisions for addressing. In addition, you create contracts, notes, credit and risk protocols as well as other decision-relevant documents. Working together across interfaces: Together with internal departments as well as specialists from refurbishment, processing and market areas, you will ensure professional support for the engagements. In addition, you support complex refurbishment and insolvency processes as well as audits and professional coordination. Promote quality and further development: You contribute to quality assurance in rehabilitation management, support ongoing reporting and actively contribute to the further development of processes, standards and cross-functional cooperation. At the same time, you will continuously develop your professional skills and support colleagues in the process.

Funded bank skills: You have a completed training as a bank merchant/bank businesswoman, ideally complemented by a further training to the bank specialist/banker or a comparable qualification. In addition, you will bring well-founded knowledge in the company's customer and credit business. Experience in the field of rehabilitation and risk: You have practical experience in the care of risky credit exposures, in creditworthiness testing or in dealing with remediation and restructuring cases. Knowledge in the analysis of economic documents and regulatory requirements complete your profile. Analytical and solution-oriented mode of operation: You quickly identify economic relationships, analyze complex issues structured and develop sustainable solutions with a high quality and risk awareness.
