Junior Production Controller (m/f/d)

As Junior Production Controller (m/w/d), you can track and analyze the production processes and draw your conclusions from them to discuss further recommendations. For this purpose, you are regularly on the move in production to capture the time production processes on site and to optimize them by the targeted evaluation of BDE data. You work closely with our controlling department and report directly to the production controlling team and the management. Tracking the production processes and recording the IST situation of the production process on site in production Planning, budgeting, forecasting as well as review and analysis of the cost of two sites Analyze and compare material consumption compared to plan/forecast Data analysis (BDE and ERP data) and creation of reporting and deriving recommendations for action Support in implementing improvement projects

Ideally completed commercial or technical training with relevant professional experience or further training in the field of production controlling First professional experience in the food industry Strong practical orientation (hands-on mentality) High affinity for numbers and lean management Very good German knowledge Analytical and Structured Thinking and Working You are strong in communication and create a structured way of communicating complex issues and introducing your ideas
