Assistant to the Management - Controlling / Finance (m/f/d)

You are the right hand of the management and you will create independent analyses, reports and key figures that serve as a sound basis for decision-making for strategic positions. You take responsibility for central controlling projects – from conception to coordination to successful implementation in close coordination with management. As an interface to internal departments and external partners, you communicate confidently, prepare important meetings and ensure a smooth flow of information. You identify optimization potentials in existing processes, develop concrete improvements and actively accompany their implementation in the company. In the day-to-day business, you support the management in the prioritization of topics, appointment coordination and preparation of meetings.

You have completed a degree (e.g. in the field of controlling/finance) or a commercial training and brings at least two years of relevant professional experience. With your analytical and strategic vision, you understand business relationships and have a high affinity for numbers. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and take responsibility for your own projects. As a communication-strong and empathic personality, you are confident and binding in the team and external partners. You communicate in German (C1 level).
