We are looking for a Project Quality Manager -(m/w/d) – Würzburg

Support of the project manager in handling the client in all quality topics and contractual requirements. Coordination and preparation of a project quality plan, quality control plan and Project quality procedures to comply with contractual requirements and the relevant to ensure standards and regulations. Cooperation with manufacturing plants in monitoring and ensuring product quality. Assessment of the suitability of suppliers and subcontractors and review of their quality plans and quality activities to ensure that they meet the quality requirements of the project. Planning and implementation of quality training measures within the project team. planning and implementation of quality audits for project processes/measures, production facilities, Suppliers and subcontractors. Tracking customer quality checks, non-conformities, complaints, etc. Promoting project improvements, gained insights and collecting and implementing Best practice. Working with the creation of reports on project quality. providing regular project data analyses (e.g. project objectives, performance data, Non-conformities, complaints and findings) and corresponding reports. Ensure that the audit of the contract and the completion of the project in accordance with the contract Requirements carried out

5-10 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the EPCI environment, including Activities on site. Production experience is advantageous. Technical degree (engineer). knowledge of the ISO 9000 standard series; Experience with audits and qualifications as audit managers expected. Strong leadership personality, team player. Adequate handling of employees and Organisational capacity. Analytical, problem solver. Good PC knowledge. knowledge of Lean Six Sigma; Experiences and certifications are a plus. Flowing knowledge in German and English in word and writing
