Your department is responsible for the NRW Head Offices for Foreign Property Systems (LISA) and Building Documentation (Building Office) of the Federal You are responsible for the management of personnel at various locations in the BLB NRW and the strategic development of the department As a control center, you will form the interface between the headquarters of the BLB NRW (supervision), the branch of Bundesbau, the builders of the federal government as well as other control centers With your department, you will support the sites/project teams in the application of the BFR and the guidelines for the implementation of the Federal Construction Tasks (RBBau) and ensure their uniform implementation with a focus on inventory documentation. As a manager, communicate and check the project levels and compliance with the rules and processes; you regularly report to the branch management Teamwork is important to us! This is why you are working closely with the executives and the branch management in overarching process, organization and personnel issues.

You have a successfully completed university degree (uni-diploma/master) in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical field of engineering, or a 4-year relevant professional activity after successfully completed Bachelor/FH diploma of the above-mentioned disciplines and you can demonstrate at least two years of experience in a comparable senior position (disciplinary and professional leadership of at least five employees). Further requirements: You ideally already have experience in the application of federal structural guidelines and a pronounced IT confession Transnational action is of course for you. You can communicate with internal and external speakers Your strong management skills and customer orientation complete your profile You bring certain knowledge of German, which correspond at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) and possess the ability and willingness to guide a service-fz You have the readiness to verify the safety of the ‘Ü1 to Ü3’ under the safety review law NRW
