As a machine operator (m/w/d), you are an indispensable part of our production process. In this role you serve modern machines, monitor production processes and actively contribute to quality assurance. Our focus is on cooperation - your commitment, precision and technical affinity are required to achieve high-quality results. Your willingness to use is crucial in a shift system, including weekend work!

• Operation and monitoring of production machines in the area of small parts assembly
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Easy maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Feedback and elimination of simple technical disturbances
• Stepwise optimization of production by your feedback and knowledge
• Teamwork and support for a smooth process

We are looking for

We are looking for a dedicated machine operator (m/w/d) with a passion for technology and precise work. You should bring the following requirements:

• Production experience, especially in small parts assembly
• Ready to work in shift operation (3-shift and weekend shifts)
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• driving licence and own car to reach the workplace
• Technical understanding and the ability to resolve simple disturbances independently
• Teamability and a solution-oriented operation
