You are responsible for the entire application process of industrial professionals You identify qualified candidates:inside through social media, job portals, recommendations and your own network Through the various platforms, you talk to talents and enthuse them for joint cooperation You are able to test application documents and conduct telephone, virtual and personal interviews with the candidate in order to determine the respective qualification and to advise the candidate in terms of new job opportunities. In a steady exchange with our sales team, you create a positive Candidate Experience and act as a firm contact person:in for our applicants:inside The development of new recruiting strategies is also the focus. New ideas for further recruitment measures are welcome to us Creating creative and meaningful job descriptions is also one of your tasks Sustainablely you enter your network to adequately occupy future positions

You have a completed study or a commercial training or experience in the described task A varied activity in recruiting or applicant management awakens your interest.
