In your function as a project manager (m/w/x) in the field of maintenance and fluid management, you assume the holistic responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing technical projects – with the aim of making processes more efficient and ensuring highest quality standards. Management and coordination of projects in the field of fluid management – from the concept phase to the successful implementation

Development and implementation of strategies to optimize liquid-based processes

close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams to develop and introduce technical solutions

Ensuring compliance with quality standards and relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Budget and resource management in the field of cooling lubricant management (KSS) at various locations

Communication with customers and stakeholders to accommodate, analyze and implement individual requirements

Creation of project reports, presentations and status updates for the transparent documentation of project progress

completed studies in engineering, process engineering or a comparable technical field

multiannual experience in project management, ideally in fluid management or related industries

safe handling of common project management tools and methods

structured, independent and responsible way of working with a strong target and deadline

high level of moderation, communication and team skills

pronounced analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach to complex issues

very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
