Inspections, maintenance and testing of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary facilities Ensuring the perfect technical condition of the building equipment Implementation of control procedures and analysis and troubleshooting Execution of repair and repair measures to ensure smooth plant operation Digital documentation of the work carried out and support of the customer's technical operations

Complete training as plant mechanic HKLS or SHK, gas and water installer, central heating and ventilation builder, mechatronics for refrigeration technology or a comparable technical qualification Ideally first professional experience in technical building management, facility management or building engineering Professional as well as technically experienced cross-income with further development ambitions are also welcome Service-oriented, reliable and responsible operation German knowledge of at least level B2 and driving licence class B
