At least 3 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably for insurance or bancassurance in an international environment. For senior or lead functions with correspondingly higher seniority Understanding the functioning of insurance companies or banks, confidentiality with their main processes and business models Experience in the functional design of IT solutions and the implementation of IT implementations Creativity, ingenuity and initiative in finding solutions for complex problems Ability to ensure the quality of services provided by your team by applying analytical thinking and synthesizing skills Experience in team management and take responsibility for team results Ability to work on a full-time basis in Germany and the European Union At least a Bachelor degree Very good mastery of German and English, safe occurrence in cooperation with English native speakers
