Qualification: Completed training for the state-tested construction technician (probably the focus of construction), technician for technical building equipment, technician in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning/electrotechnics or completed master examination in the installation and heating plant and/or Master examination as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning / electrical engineering or comparable qualification on master and/or Technology level Competences: Understanding structural and economic relations Possible practical experience in real estate management / maintenance and repair of real estate Other: Ability to independent economic thinking and action, to cooperation and teamwork Efficiency, reliability, flexibility, negotiation skills and safe occurrence Employability and responsibility and the ability to cope with increased workflow on time Good application knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office); SAP knowledge of advantage Participation in (several days) training and service travel Service trips, in particular for property management (multiple weekly) driving licence class B and readiness to carry service vehicles
