You are responsible for the handling of flight and rail travel including bookings, rebookings, ticketing and cancellations in Amadeus to ensure a timely and smooth planning for our employees.In addition, you are coordinating additional travel services such as hotel bookings and car rental reservations as well as their postponement and cancellation. In your function, you advise and maintain our employees in complex travel requests and ensure professional support, for example in case of delays or failures. They support the process of obtaining A1 certificates, EU messages or visas and coordinate them closely with our external service provider. As an active member of our Travel Management team, you are actively involved in exciting and forward-looking projects. They have a successfully completed training in the field of tourism or an equivalent qualification. In addition, you will bring well-founded professional experience as a travel agent (m/w/d) in the business travel sector or in a comparable position.They have extensive expertise in the travel industry and have secure user knowledge in common booking systems, preferably Amadeus. Your good knowledge of English applies to the organization and planning of international business trips. In addition to a careful and structured way of working, you are characterized by very good communication skills as well as pronounced planning and organization skills.
