About the SiteFor The TUM Campus Heilbronn gGmbH we are looking for a project manager “Campus Living” (m/w/d) at the fastest possible time (first terminated at 2 years, with a view to takeover). • Overall coordination of a mentoring program (“Buddy Program”) for TUM students at TUM Campus Heilbronn. This includes project management, implementation and further development of the program. You work closely with international students and the Buddy Program team • Working in various projects in the “Campus Living” area to ensure and develop student services at TUM Campus Heilbronn

Your profile • Complete university studies and first professional experience ideally in university administrations • Funded knowledge in project and event management • Intercultural and social competence • Reliable, structured and independent working and conceptual skills • Team skills and strong communication skills • Excellent knowledge of English, very good knowledge of German in word and writing • Excellent knowledge in all common MS Office applications, desirable: knowledge in the use of databases/web tools
