The position serves as a link between the business departments and the IT department. In this role, you convert a business idea into a working IT solution to support the business. You are responsible for a continuous and smooth IT service. In this role you steer our IT service providers and interact closely with our external and internal developer. To achieve this you take part of the technical implementation as well as you will be responsible for a lean and cost efficient solution. The following topics are particularly important.

Your tasks Elaborate platform/product strategy, governance, compliance and risk management measures via scoped and prioritized project with Business Representatives Act as the primary point of contact for the business, identifying needs, recommending solutions, and providing inputs for dependent decisions Discuss and develop IT options together with our internal IT departments on a technical level to strive for the best possible technical solution Act as the ''voice of the business' within the development team and in the business strategy in order to anticipate upcoming projects Work close with the internal teams, and other relevant departments and stakeholders to understand their specific requirements Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all level to ensure buy-in and support for the proposed changes and solutions. Ability to work in cross-teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously showing ability to adapt to changing project and priorities. Change management expertise, with ability to drive organizational transformation and adoption of new processes. Assess the performance of existing IT systems, identify opportunities for enhancements or upgrades, and cooperate with the teams to implement necessary changes.

Your skills

Senior expertise in IT knowledge (infrastructure, technologies, platforms, virtualization, architecture, security); programming skills desired Very experienced in the field of vehicle diagnostics Able to analyze and transform a business requirement into an IT-specific solution. Elaborate a sophisticated IT concept on basis on a blueprint Project management for small and medium-sized projects; Solution-oriented and structured approach Steering of external providers. In coordination with our external service providers, ensuring a smooth operation of the application Monitoring of compliance with SLAs Support in the drafting of software and service contracts Excellent decision-making abilities Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with stakeholders different regions and levels of the organization Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, product update and best practices Support in the area of infrastructure and migration planning Fluent in English is a must
