Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures for around 13,000 motorway kilometers. Each motorway kilometre has to be funded, planned and purchased at the desk, as well as supplied with personnel and accompanied legally. Support and/or advice on all matters relating to the co-decision bodies themselves Advice and support in special and basic issues Responsibility for internal and cross-departmental process, communication and knowledge management in co-determination behaviour Working in cross-departmental working groups and projects

Successfully completed studies of law (graduate of the first and second legal state exam). Knowledge of labour law, in particular collective labour law Analytical and conceptual skills as well as independent, structured and conscientious working methods, on the one hand, and pragmatic working and decision-making on the other Legal and diplomatic skills and appropriate argumentation high service and service concept Your personal strengths include: Embossed social and communicative competence High resilience, determination and readiness Strategic, economic and holistic thinking and action
