With your team, you are running the commissioning of new fully automated robotic systems that are characterized by the highest precision, reliability and efficiency. Their responsibility also encompasses robot programming as well as the mechanical and electrical construction of the customer incl. the restart of the plants there. Leadership and coordination: Discipline and professional leadership of the commissioning department with a dedicated team in indoor and outdoor services (about 25 people) Planning and implementation: Responsibility for the planning, coordination and implementation of the commissioning processes of our robot solutions. Close cooperation and communication with adjacent areas (in particular the SPS department) to achieve project objectives Project management: They monitor the progress of the project and ensure that all goals are met with regard to quality, time frame and budget Process optimization: Identification of improvement potentials in the commissioning process and implementation of measures to increase efficiency Technical support: They are available as contact persons for technical challenges during commissioning and problem solving during project implementation Personnel planning: Creation of personnel and capacity planning for internal and external services for the efficient implementation of projects Employee development: organisation of training and further training measures by employees

(m/w/d) in the field of mechatronics, mechanical engineering, automation technology or comparable Mind. 5 years of professional experience in relevant tasks Management experience Very good team and communication skills Target and customer orientation English in Word and Scripture Occasionally readiness to travel Knowledge in MS Office, SAP
