In your role, you take over the administrative support of our staff. You can create standard employment contracts / contract supplements and work certificates as well as the corresponding employee correspondence and certifications. In this course you maintain relevant system data in SAP HCM. The following topics can also be covered in your area of competence: filing and processing of service travel including all administrative tasks in the field of mailing (applications for A1 certificates and creation of mail contracts) Creation of utility services

You also work with HR projects.

Completed commercial vocational training Personnel / HR Administrat Great plus: First knowledge of labour law and experience in the field of mail Secure handling of MS Office and ideal experience with SAP HCM Secure German identifiers (word / font) Communication strength and service orientation are the A and O in this job.
