Project Manager Technical Building Services (TGA)

In your new role, you will take over the technical project management of the assigned TGA construction projects, and you will coordinate the project teams consisting of system planners:inside, building designers:inside and project assistance The creation of offers, construction, HOAI and flat-rate contracts also falls within your task You take over the project and budget responsibility of the TGA building projects In company-internal projects, you actively participate and bring your expertise with you Exciting and varied: You act as a link between all project participants, customers and relevant steakholders

You have a degree in utility technology or technical building equipment, as an alternative you can prove a technician, master or a comparable qualification You bring sound knowledge of technical building equipment You can demonstrate secure knowledge in handling the MS Office package and a tendering and planning software (e.g. ORCA and LINEAR) You draw your attention through strong communication skills and high readiness
