Senior Manager EPCM Industry – Industrial Digital Twin / Industrial Metaverse (m/f/d)

Design the industrial metaverse of the future with us. As Senior Manager Industrial Digital Twin / Industrial Metaverse, you are responsible for the development and implementation of innovative digitalization and virtualization strategies in the EPCM Industry business unit. In doing so, you combine technological excellence with entrepreneurial vision – and create new data-based business models at the interface of engineering, operation and digital transformation. You lead interdisciplinary teams, manage complex projects in the field of Digital Twin and Industrial Metaverse and position Drees & Sommer as an innovation partner for the networked industry of tomorrow. Location: flexible – nationwide at a Drees & Summer location of your choice Strategic and operational overall responsibility for industrial digital twin and industrial metaverse projects Construction and further development of the business segment – from technology evaluation to market launch of new digital services Supervision and management of interdisciplinary project teams and medium-term acquisition of technical and disciplinary leadership Assessment of new technologies, platforms and trends (e.g. sensor technology, AI, NVIDIA ecosystem) for integration in industrial applications Development and implementation of data-driven business models and AI-based solutions Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to scale and implement innovation projects

Complete technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, computer science or industrial engineering) Long-term professional experience, especially in the management and implementation of digitalization projects in the industrial environment Knowledge in the areas of Digital Twin, Industrial Metaverse and AI-based technologies Experience in building and managing interdisciplinary teams as well as managing complex innovation projects Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic competence and the ability to translate future topics into marketable solutions Enthusiasm for new technologies, strong communication skills and an inspiring leadership style Very good knowledge of English and high mobility within Germany and beyond
