You will centrally design the industrialization of innovative electron microscopic solutions for the semiconductor and end customer market and as a technology and integration expert in multidisciplinary development teams: integrate new electron-optical solutions holistically into the system, operate, adjust and qualify

Develop and verify integration strategies and test scenarios for modules and subsystems, including the necessary test equipment

responsible for the operation of development systems, identify risks and weaknesses for the system and develop optimizations from a comprehensive system understanding

Sources of disturbance variables that identify their interactions and coupling paths (for mechanical, electrical and magnetic disturbances) in the overall system and reduce their effects

Design, automate production and maintenance processes and accompany the transfer to series production and to the customer

Transfer and accompany development results into production and service, as well as provide technological support in case of faults in the field and in production

independently plan, control and implement corresponding work packages and prepare and communicate their results

a very good university degree in an engineering or scientific discipline

multiannual practical experience in system integration of complex machines and a pronounced hands-on mentality

Experience in the areas of electron microscopy, vacuum technology and/or high voltage, ideally also first experience in measuring automation

a pronounced analytical approach as well as a high communication and team capability

a very structured, independent and targeted way of working, a view of the essential and resilience in a highly dynamic working environment

Willingness to occasionally travel abroad

very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
