Conception, planning and implementation of attractive event and event formats for our local stakeholders (m/w/d) Close cooperation with other central areas and business units to develop new ideas and impulses for effective market communication Responsibility for tools used in the field, such as CRM and Workpath, and their continued development Development of relevant communication channels for our local partners (m/w/d), in particular the municipal portal and newsletter formats Supporting the field management for diverse tasks and issues in the context of public affairs Strategic and operational responsibility for the social media appearance of the central area

A completed training with relevant further education or a study with a focus on marketing, communication, business management or a comparable subject area Experience in managing projects and working with local partners (m/w/d) Understanding municipal structures and interest in energy policy and energy policy issues A good feeling for communication, sovereign appearance and joy in bringing people and interests together Ideally, a network in the municipal environment as well as contacts with the regional press commitment, initiative, flexibility and fun to move something together in the team Very good knowledge of German and the ability to communicate at least to C1 level in professional and social situations
