For our Board of Management staff, we are looking for one at the next time:

Business Continuity and Crisis Manager (m/w/d)

• Together with the process and system managers within the specialist departments, you identify and evaluate potential risks and risks for our company and continuously develop business continuity management for our critical processes and systems
• You create and update emergency and Crisis concepts according to the current regulatory requirements (e.g. KRITIS, BSI, NIS-2 requirements and BCM standards) and ensure that our company remains operational even in the event of a crisis
• If an emergency occurs, you will focus on: directing and activating the crisis team, initiate appropriate measures and coordinate cooperation with the local authorities
• They sensitize and train our employees to processes and responsibilities in the event of a crisis. You plan, organize and moderate BCM exercises, emergency training and crisis scenarios, evaluate them and transfer the results into improvement measures
• They regularly produce reports and evaluations on the degree of maturity of Business Continuity Management within the company and work closely with the departments and IT

• You have completed your studies in the field of IT, business management or engineering or have a relevant qualification (e.g. BSI BCM-Praktiker, ISO 22301 Certified Business Continuity Manager (CBCM) (m/w/d)). However, you can also apply with a comparable background for training
• They have a strong understanding of the relationships in the relevant topics of risk, business continuity and crisis management
• You have sound knowledge of technical systems and IT architectures (in particular cloud technologies)
• They have basic knowledge of the legal framework (in particular KRITIS, NIS2)
• They bring strong expertise in the analysis, evaluation and optimization of processes with
• You have a very good linguistic expressiveness, are able to communicate target-group-oriented and can thus inspire others for your topics
