In your position, you support the long-term unemployed in creating real prospects for them: by accompanying, supporting and activating them in their social environment. You carry out coachings that follow a holistic approach. You offer advice and behavioral training, document coaching and provide individual help with problems. You develop funding or activation or integration plans and implement them together with the action participants. You work with references, teachers and labour mediators - because this is important to you.

The place is fixed for 12 months.

Completed study of social education/working and/or Social work and/or pedagogy, ideally with the supplementary subjects or Main areas of study Social education / youth assistance or state-approved educators Experience in cooperation with public funding agencies (work agencies/job centres, etc.) Sensitivity, consulting skills and conflictability Constructive and successful handling of difficult situations as well as targeted and self-responsive working Safe handling of the PC and reliable knowledge of German and knowledge in a further language desirable
