Software Development & Maintenance: You are working on the further development of our internal software solutions and ensure maintenance and stability. IT Admin Support & Scaling: You actively support us in the opening of new locations through the establishment of modern IT workstations. Tool selection: You evaluierst and test new software tools to optimize our workflows. Data Warehouse: You help us build and set up our central data warehouse. System integration: You enter and optimize our platforms such as Shopify, HubSpot and Google Cloud.

Modern Tech Stack: Work in an AI-based development environment with common LLMs and state-of-the-art IDEs (e.g. Google Antigravity, Claude Code), developed in the Google Cloud and with GitHub, using business systems such as HubSpot and Shopify. Real responsibility: You get your own projects and the chance to actively shape the O.C. brand. Steile Learning curve: insights into a fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) startup with short decision-making paths and direct collaboration with the C level.
