guiding the field of road planning and design, entering the road building management in difficult negotiations with other planning bodies and specialist administrations, technical opinions on planned projects of road construction and third parties from a design perspective; testing designs, processing of difficult technical problems related to design, Opinions on objections to drafting procedures of outstanding importance, Creating and updating the annual programme for all services outsiders. Changes of tasks are reserved.

Officials (w/m/d) must be entitled to 1 Entrance office of category 2 of technical services. Employees (w/m/d) must be able to demonstrate a degree (Diplom (FH) or Bachelor) in the field of civil engineering or a comparable degree. Long-term knowledge and practical experience in road planning and road design as well as planning are required. Comprehensive and deepened knowledge and practical experience in the handling and application of HOAI are also required. Knowledge as well as practical experience in dealing with citizens/researchers in public events of complex measures should be available. Knowledge of relevant CAD applications (e.g. VESTRA) is helpful. Safe handling of MS Office programs is required.

Your personal qualification: You are motivated and act independently and responsible. You have a safe occurrence, enforcement and negotiation skills. You have good leadership qualities as well as strong communication and team skills. You work structured, organized and plan your workflows forward-looking. You can also be loaded under time pressure.

The possession of a valid class B licence is required.

Total employment Group 13 TV-L. A long-term practical experience (min. 3 years) is required for the grouping. Besoldungsgruppe A 13 NBesO – A site is currently not available. Officials (w/m/d) of a lower grade may not expect a transport by grade A 13 NBesO.
