Design the future of internal revision in an international environment! You are a strategic thinker with a passion for excellence in auditing and governance? Not only do you want to manage processes, but you want to actively shape and improve them? Then you're right with us! As a Consultant Audit Governance (m/w/d), you play a key role in the further development of our internal processes, which enable our audit colleagues to work efficiently, and contribute to the highest standards in the future.

Your tasks

• Design and optimization: Design, implement and continuously improve revision processes.
• Compliance scrutiny: check and adapt requirements in the revision process to ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines such as the standards of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
• Legal expertise: Maintain legal aspects of audits and process data protection issues.
• Project management: Editing requirements, e.g. in connection with new regulatory, internal quality assurance measures (iQA) or the adaptation of revision report layouts.
• Interface management: coordination of different departments and external partners as well as close cooperation.

Your profile

• Background: Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, process management, risk management, law or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: Professional experience in the field of audit, compliance, governance or project management is beneficial, but also motivated graduates (m/w/d) are welcome.
• Know-how: knowledge in the field of internal auditing, compliance and/or data protection as well as in process management are desirable.
• Mindset: Openness for new topics and the willingness to engage in complex issues.
• Analytical Skills: Embossed Analytical Thinking Power and a Structured Work.
• Communication strength: High communication strength and joy in team collaboration.
• Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
