These challenges await you with us: You work intensively on the topics of remuneration, grading, bonus and corporate benefits and support in the further development of existing compensation instruments You also accompany projects on remuneration, HR digitization and process automation You develop technical solutions (e.g. evaluations, automations, simple tools or interfaces) to make HR processes more efficient, safer and scalable In the development of HR Analytics, you actively participate, report key figures, report and support in the further development of data-based decision bases You support the operational HR administration, including through the supervision of the time recording system, maintenance and analysis of HR data, support of payroll, as well as in the function as a contact person for employees and executives in matters of remuneration, benefits and time-hospiters In addition, you support the administration of bonus, bonus and compensation processes (e.g. annual cycles, evaluations, overviews) You will gain insights into other HR areas such as human resources development, recruiting or HR Business Partnering and will assist you in administrative and organizational tasks.
