As an assistance (m/w/d) for the large project, you can support project management and operational units in all organizational and administrative topics. You also act as a communication interface to internal and external contact persons: inside. In addition to the assistance function, you can also support the commercial expertise and support new colleagues at the construction site. Your tasks include in detail: Office management with all administrative activities such as addressing correspondence, ordering office materials, ... Digital maintenance and storage of documents in various databases Planning of meetings and appointments, as required Reception and support of external guests Preparation and preparation of presentations and documents Takeover of project-related special tasks
