Development and implementation of strategies for employee production Planning, creation and publication of job advertisements on our website and the common job portals Management of incoming applications, pre-selection of applicants and organisation and implementation of interviews Creation of work contracts and support of the recruitment process Processing and management of personnel and exhibition of work certificates

You have completed studies in the field of human resources management, business management or commercial training with a comparable additional qualification in personnel First experience in human resources is desirable Communication and enthusiasm They share our values and set their own accents
