In order to support the team, we are looking for a project manager for construction and building technology at the next possible time, with a focus on project management and electrical engineering.

Development of TGA requirements for new and new construction projects focusing on communication, security and information technology Technical advice Participation in tendering, awarding and monitoring of planning and construction monitoring services Participation in the creation of performance directories Ensuring price, quality and schedule

Completed degree (Master/Diplom) in the field of electrical engineering or comparable Experience in a comparable function in project management, project management or project development for the development, planning and implementation of construction measures Knowledge of HOAI, procurement regulations and VOB Organisational and communication strength as well as persuasiveness in interaction with internal and external actors independent, structured, reliable and dedicated operation
