Project Management of Complex International Clinical Studies of Phases II-IV (Planning, Implementation and Monitoring of All Operational Processes) Target-oriented and at the same time partner leadership of your own project team Mentoring of team members with less project management experience and targeted sharing of knowledge and experience Participation in interdepartmental topics in cooperation with other specialist departments to continuously improve processes and interfaces Self-coordination and ensuring compliance with the budget framework, timelines, scope of work from the start to the end of the study. Selection and payment processing of required vendors Head of targeted internal and external meetings Reporting internally and externally (Steering Committee, Sponsor, etc.) Processing of all administrative requests Development of company-internal SOPs

Completed scientific or medical university studies Multiannual relevant experience in the project management of international clinical studies (preferably in oncology). Experience with ATMP – or MPG - Studies is beneficial Experience in cooperation with international external partners, sponsors and service providers Regulatory knowledge, ICH-GCP and AMG knowledge as well as handling appropriate quality standards English in Word and Writing Self-employed and structured working methods, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Leadership and enforcement skills as well as negotiation skills Impressed ability to build relationships and networks Stress resistance and communication strength in order to make high phases of a project both sovereign and safe
