Cutting machine operator specialising in milling (m/w/d)

We are looking for a machining mechanic (m/w/d) at the next possible time - milling in full time.

Fine planning of the production order within the prescribed weekly schedule Ensuring the availability of materials, devices, tools, measuring devices and CNC programs Monitoring the tool stock and, if necessary, making provision With the help of the selection of optimal clamping means Machines equip and work pieces according to existing CNC programs and introduce new CNC programs Workpieces partially deburring, and occasionally take over further deburring tasks Monitor processing and measurement processes and correct them in case of vulnerabilities Parts to be processed on dimensional accuracy and quality Check production order Conduct and document quality measurements within the framework of a plant self-examination detect, report or, if necessary, fix faults of the machine as well as perform and document maintenance, care and cleaning work according to specifications

At least 3 years of professional training, e.g. to the machining mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience with focus on CNC milling desirable Knowledge of CNC machine controls as well as in different materials (VA, bronze, steel) and coatings (nickel, hard chrome) Passport for column swivel cranes, bridge cranes and industrial trucks Safe handling of MS Office programs
