You qualify trainees and trainees of AOK Lower Saxony by carrying out targeted training predominantly in social security law. To do this, prepare teaching units, perform them through (mainly in presence) and ensure high-quality knowledge transfer. Also perform performance checks and learning target checks (including creating and correcting exams). In addition, you are also a contact person for our regional training managers and our secondary-vocational lecturers for the advice and support of the junior staff.

They are social security professionals and have completed further training for the health insurance business owner or a degree (Master or Bachelor in WiWi, BWL, Law, Education or Similar). They have several years of professional experience in the field of didactics and have gained experience in the system of the statutory health insurance. They have extensive knowledge in the areas of health insurance and the application of social security law. Ideally, you have a completed training examination and have first experience in knowledge transfer.
