Welcome to AlexA in the outpatient care of Dresden! Since 2003 we have been supplying our customers: inside their own four walls. With our three offices in Pieschen, Klotzsche and Moritzburg we provide our tours, as well as our day care guests in Pieschen and take care of our residents: inside the representative living in Klotzsche and Pieschen. Intensify our growing team of outpatient care in Dresden in full or parttime as a passionate Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Documentation and development of our quality standards of the outpatient service in Klotzsche, Pieschen and Moritzburg Implementation of audits and preparation of an audit report for the establishment targeted cooperation with internal committees and bodies for the quality management of the group of companies Development of training programmes to promote the quality awareness of all employees of the institution and implementation of employee training on care-relevant topics technical guidance of nurses regarding the company’s existing quality management Data and trend analysis for identifying areas of improvement Participation in external quality tests (MD, home supervision, health office) incl. Creation of protocols and analyses

completed training for nursing staff multiannual professional experience in nursing or general social/health

solid knowledge in the fields of care management, quality assurance and IT independent and prudent working and joy in cooperation with people organisational, structured thinking and self-initiative
