Teamleiter (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) HR Controlling & Systeme

in the Management Board of Teltow

Together with your small team, you are responsible for personal controlling and develop this professionally and conceptually. You create and analyze relevant HR key figures, reports and evaluations and derive meaningful insights and recommendations for action. You continue to develop our existing reporting and controlling instruments – with the aim of making data a real basis for decision-making. You question existing key figures and reports: What do we really need? What can we do better, simpler or more automated? Together with your team and the relevant interfaces, you ensure high data quality and reliable HR data. You bring your system affinity and contribute to the further development of our HR system landscape, digital processes and reporting solutions. You take over the technical control of a small team and develop cooperation and task distribution together with the department manager. You contribute to overarching HR projects and in particular introduce your analytical and systemic perspective.

Finded practical experience in personal controlling – more important than a certain degree is that you can understand HR key figures, identify relationships and interpret numbers. Experience in the creation and further development of HR reports, key figures systems as well as personnel and personnel cost analyses. Very good analytical understanding and the ability to translate complex data into clear statements and decision bases. A strong IT and system affinity and joy in developing existing systems, reports and processes. Secure handling with Excel; Experience with BI, reporting or HR systems is advantageous. You not only think in numbers, You understand the HR processes and questions behind the numbers. You work structured, independent and solution-oriented and enjoy rebuilding and developing things. First experience in the professional management of employees is welcome, but no need is required: The position is also specifically suitable for people who want to take responsibility for a small team for the first time.
