In the central purchase of the GTÜ, you plan, develop and implement the introduction of the digitalization project “Fuhrpark Management Software”. The aim is to digitally manage the GTÜ fleet vehicles in a central management cockpit. Planning and implementing project: From the first structure to the concrete implementation, you actively shape the implementation project. You develop action, work packages and milestones, and coordinate cooperation with the relevant departments. Coordinate requirements: The different requirements of purchasing, mobility management, IT and finance are brought together and put them into a common target. Ensure data quality: Together with the financial sector, you define the requirements for complete and reliable master and financial data for the new system. Digitally image billing processes: Existing financial and billing processes take exactly under the magnifying glass and develop a concept for their transfer to the fleet management software. automate the audit: For the automated processing of billing positions, you will develop suitable solution approaches – from reading and testing to assigning to the respective hurdles, also using AI if necessary. Order costs transparently: With a comprehensible allocation structure, you create transparency about the resulting mobility and vehicle costs. Develop Total Cost of Mobility: Based on the existing data, you will design an approach to determining the total mobility costs per person and define the relevant components of the “Mobility” module. Preparing decisions: Analyses, concepts and project results are prepared in meaningful decision-making documents for the project management and the management.
